Underwater Cotton Candy Colors

 

This picture took me 40 minutes to create.

For some reason, over the past week I have been really into the pastel color scheme (cotton candy pinks and blues), plus I just really wanted to do something underwater (which I hope I achieved).

I used my ‘Sketchy Law’ brush for the sketch, outlining the drawing with ‘Sketchy Lineart’. I also used that brush to color and highlights. For any blending I did in the face, hair, and eyes I used my ‘Popcorn Blend’ brush. Finally, to finish this beautiful picture off, I used my new ‘Water’ brush to do the texture on top.
